Rustic Elegance was the beautiful and understated theme when Lauren Bush married David Lauren, son of iconic American Fashion Designer Ralph Lauren. But really, when your Father in Law lends you his Colarado ranch for your nuptials, not to mention designing you a stunning, modern take on a Victorian gown made by a 100 strong army of craftsman, is there really any other theme?

I just adore this last photo- that gorgeous gown against the rugged Rocky mountains- so romantic!

Rachel Zoe’s 1997 wedding style was very glamorous and girly. This gorgeous corseted gown by Isaac Isaac Mizrahi is very princess-y when paired with a tiara, loose curls and long satin gloves.

And Rachel Zoe being such a lover of fashion of course has an has an appropriately fabulous story about finding the gown…
As Rachel told the cameras whilst filming the Rachel Zoe Project, her and now husband Rodger were heading out on a trip to the Hamptons and Zoe was reading that months Vogue. The cover featured Amber Valetta and Shalom Harlow, her two favortie models at the time. Amber Valletta was wearing a red corseted Isaac Mizrahi dress.
Zoe turned to her now husband and said that if we ever get married I want to wear this dress in white. What she didn’t know was that Berman had a ring in his pocket and, he was planning to propose that night. Two hours after he proposed, Zoe called Isaac Mizrahi`s studio and asked if the Vogue dress could be made in white to which they responded yes.
Catching episodes of ‘Guiliana & Bill’ over the holidays reminded me that I had seen pics of their stunning wedding in Capri, Italy. Sure enough the images were beautiful, perhaps made all the more so after seeing what a fun, relaxed couple they are.
Of course I had to share! I particularly love the bridesmaids dresses, such a lovely yellow. The maid of honour looks gorgeous in such a colourful gown.

I love this shoot by Mario Testino for UK Vogue featuring the gorgeous Lara Stone. Glamorous inspiration for the bride after a full-skirted gown.

Ivanka Trump, 27 married Jared Kushner, 28 in an Orthodox Jewish afternoon ceremony in the grounds of the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster New Jersey.
The dress was extremely intricate, with three different tiers of hand-appliquéd lace that were different shades of ivory.

I am so in love with Mad Men star Christina Hendrick’s gown, designed by Carolina Herrera that I can hardly breathe!
The detail on the back is incredible and whist she is definitely slimmer than we know ‘Joan’ to be, the gown is flattering to her famous curves.
