Emma and charming Mr M celebrated their engagement with a romantic afternoon on their property in country Victoria.
As Emma shares “We are beyond in love with our photos, they are exactly what I had envisaged: casual, relaxed, country, beautiful light, props, wide open space, long dry grass and us in our home.”
Take a peek and prepare to be transported into a world of country charm and romance which is quintessentially Australian.

I just have to share this gorgeous engagement shoot with you. Not just because it captures so many sweet and romantic moments, but because it is a wonderful demonstration of the breathtaking atmosphere a rainy day can create. It can’t be planned, but when it happens, the results are incredible!
The shoot started in a bookshop cafe with the couple sharing a coffee and whilst the posed moments are undoubtedly adorable, my favourite pic is of the couple laughing and sharing a truly genuine moment of happiness.

A trip to Centennial Park was filled with more special moments, as well as Mother Nature showing off as best she could!
“We had 4 seasons in one day with the rainbow, rain and gorgeous warm sunset”

Unless you and your fiancé are professional models, it is unlikely you will have had much experience in front of a camera. Trust me when I say that the average wedding day produces 600+ photos and you will be in most of them!
An engagement shoot is a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera, work out what feels good and looks good for you and also get to know the photographer so you can forget about it all on the actual wedding day.
Not to mention it’s a great way to have fun with your fiancĂ©, and get some great shots of the two of you!
And then we got to celebrate with our beautiful friends, and celebrate we did with just over 100 of our nearest and dearest partying the night away.
